Chimney repair and rebuilding requires extensive knowledge of masonry, venting systems and requirements, chimney lining, cement crown work.  We also offer, Chimney Reductions and/or removal.

Chimneys take the brunt of the weather and eventually the mortar between the brick work will require repairing.  We can inspect the Chimney for you and report on whether it requires attention or not.  It is better to deal with a small repair, like necessary re-pointing work, rather than leave it until the mortar cracks and crumbles and loosens the bricks, which can lead to a chimney falling and damaging your roof and anything underneath it. A small cheap repair is now is better than a more expensive repair if left. 

Tile Repair

We completely remove the damaged tiles and then replace them.

We can re-fit the ridge tiles, and re-bed with the traditional mortar base unless you want us to install Dry Fix.

We also provide an upgrade service, using the roof systems.

Damaged tiles, cracked, broken or missing tiles expose the roof membrane, allowing the rain to access the roof space, where it will cause damage, especially if left.

We repair and upgrade gutters and downpipes.

Guttering has several different designs like Square Gutter, Round Gutters, Ogee and Deep Flow Guttering.  All of these designs are available in White UPVC, Brown UPVC, Black UPVC and Caramel UPVC, the Black & Brown PVC Guttering is co-extruded with a White interior and is the solution to the problems associated with rapid heat absorption and expansion of dark plastic gutter profiles.

We re-build roofs (or new builds) on existing property if required (somtimes its best re-build a roof).

We offer roof repairs and replace tiles, however, there are occasions where the roof is beyond a little maintenance and may require removing and rebuilding becaude it works out cheaper overall (no need for frequent repairs).

We remove and replace old or damaged tiles, where necessary.  We also replace missing tiles, however sometimes the roof needs a complete overhaul, where we can supply a re-roofing service.

In the case of a re-build we remove the old tiles/roof, remove and replace the breathable membrane, replace battens and re-tile ensuring everything is installed correctly and safely.
